The Story Behind
Hi, I’m Aslı, founder of Higher Narrative — a researcher, consultant, educator, and former data analyst with a transdisciplinary background in industrial engineering, sociology, management, media, and marketing.
With 15+ years across startups, scale-ups, and global brands — including co-founding and building a digital marketing agency from the ground up — I work at the intersection of practice, academia, and futures thinking. Helping organizations navigate growth, complexity, and technological change.
Alongside my professional work, I’m a certified yoga teacher and independent researcher exploring ancient texts, transpersonal psychology, and consciousness. This personal path informs my broader inquiry for the future of work: how organizations can cultivate their own "ecology of minds".
