AI Futures Program
from AI ambition to organizational readiness
Our FocusAI is not only a technology decision. It changes how organizations make decisions, develop capability, manage risk, and define what they want to become.
AI Futures is a strategic foresight and transformation program that helps leadership teams turn AI ambition into a coherent, responsible, and actionable direction.
Rather than reacting to every new tool, trend, or competitor move, organizations learn to read what is changing, identify where AI can create meaningful value, and build the conditions to act with clarity.
What the programme enables
-
AI Futures helps organizations connect emerging technologies to their business context, customer needs, market shifts, and longer-term ambitions.
The outcome is not another list of opportunities. It is a shared logic for deciding:
What to pursue now
What to monitor or test
What to defer
Where clear ownership and investment are required
-
AI adoption needs more than pilots and procurement decisions. It requires clarity about purpose, accountability, risk, decision rights, and oversight.
The programme supports leaders in designing the foundations for responsible, scalable AI: governance principles, initiative prioritization, decision-making structures, and cross-functional alignment.
-
Technology alone does not transform an organization. People do.
AI Futures creates the shared language, confidence, and practical understanding that leaders and teams need to engage with AI critically and constructively. Through facilitated learning and collaborative sense-making, AI becomes an organizational capability—not knowledge held by a small group of specialists.
-
Every major transformation needs a story that people can understand and act on.
The program helps organizations articulate why AI matters in their specific context, what it is intended to enable, and what principles will guide its use. This creates stronger alignment across leadership, teams, and stakeholders—and makes change more coherent from strategy to implementation.
Designed for organizations that want to
Move from scattered AI experiments to a coherent strategic roadmap
Align leadership around priorities, responsibilities, and decision-making
Build an AI strategy that connects value, risk, capability, and governance
Prepare teams to adopt AI with confidence, critical judgement and resilience
The question beneath the program
AI can help organisations do more, faster. But the more important question is:
Who does your organization want to become with AI — and how will you build that future responsibly?
AI Futures Program helps leaders answer that question together, then translate the answer into decisions, capabilities, and action.
Meet the Instructor
Asli Simsek works at the intersection of AI, strategic foresight, growth, and organizational learning. She helps leadership teams make sense of technological change, turn uncertainty into strategic direction, and build the capability to act.
Her perspective combines technical foundations in machine learning and market modelling with more than a decade of experience in digital strategy, agency leadership, and organizational transformation. She also teaches Global Marketing at university, bringing a research-informed and practice-based approach to how markets, organizations, and human behavior are changing in the AI era.
Asli brings a particular strength to conversations that often become fragmented: she connects technology with business value, governance with human adoption, and future vision with the decisions required today.

What we bring to AI Futures
-
AI is approached not as a standalone technology, but as a shift affecting strategy, operating models, culture, capabilities, risk, and decision-making.
-
A grounding in machine learning, data, digital growth, and business-building enables discussions to remain both ambitious and practical.
-
Participants learn to read emerging signals, examine assumptions, explore alternative futures, and identify strategic implications before reacting to them.
-
The program creates a structured space for leaders and cross-functional teams to surface differences, develop a shared language, and make decisions together.
-
AI adoption is treated as a process of organizational learning—not simply technology deployment—so capability, trust, accountability, and agency remain central.
AI Futures is designed to help organisations think beyond individual tools: to develop the clarity, decision-making discipline, and shared capability required to shape their own AI future.
